Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a multifactorial inflammatory skin disease. Its pathogenetic basis epidermal barrier dysfunction, immune system dysregulation, as well microbiome diversity decrease that occurs due to genetic predisposition. Considering these factors, the of patients with AD requires constant care and use medications active regenerative properties. The inclusion anti-inflammatory components in composition modern emollients (zinc sulfate sucralfate) crucial for restoring mechanisms controlling skin. This article presents data on applicability clinical efficacy compounds AD.
